The Porsche 911 is one of the most iconic sports cars in the world, and its price is always a topic of interest. A new study from iSeeCars suggests that prices for used 1-to-5-year-old Porsche 911s have dropped. The study found that the average price of a used 911 in June 2026 was $118,025, which represents a $14,063 decline from the previous year's average price.
However, it's worth noting that the 911 is still one of the least depreciating new cars on sale. According to iSeeCars data, the 911 has the second-least depreciation by percentage among all vehicles in the first five years. This means that while the price of a used 911 may be dropping, it's still a good investment for car buyers.
The study also found that the Lincoln Corsair hybrid experienced a more significant price drop, with a 14.7% decline in price. Other cars on the list of used cars with the largest price drops include the Jeep Wrangler, Ford Bronco, and several full-size pickups. The Audi Q5 and Mercedes-Benz GLB-Class and S-Class also saw significant year-over-year declines in price.
New Porsche 911 prices have skyrocketed over the course of the 992's generation. A 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera (base) started at $98,750, while a base Carrera today will cost you $137,850. Special models like the GT3 and Turbo S have seen huge increases in price as well. With such sudden higher initial prices, the chance for greater depreciation exists.
