Last year's turquoise Wave Maker hue has been replaced by a new yellow look called Honeycomb on all but the 4Runner, which gets its own Hot Honey paint.
Not only is Toyota's lineup of TRD Pro off-roaders plenty capable off the beaten path, thanks to their additional ground clearance, upgraded suspensions, and beefier tires, but they also look the part.
With scowling grilles, blacked-out trim pieces, bulging fenders, and red tow hooks, the TRD Pro-badged Toyotas look ready to tackle anything.

Technically, Toyota has actually revealed two colors. For 2027, the TRD Pro versions of the Tundra, Sequoia, and Tacoma are offered with the new Honeycomb hue, while the 4Runner TRD Pro is available with a slightly different color called Hot Honey.
Maybe it's just us, but we can scarcely tell the difference, and we're not quite sure why Toyota went to the effort to change the yellow paint a tad just for the 4Runner.
The new yellow paint offering will presumably replace the turquoise Wave Maker paint that was offered on 2026 models, alongside Ice Cap white, Magnetic Gray Metallic, and Midnight Black Metallic.
While we're still waiting on information on the 2027 model year for the 4Runner and Tacoma, Toyota has published details on the 2027 Tundra and Sequoia, and neither full-size vehicle sees any major changes for the TRD Pro models.
Instead, for 2027, Toyota is focusing on expanding off-road capability to the lower, more affordable trims. Both the Sequoia and Tundra now offer a Trailhunter package, based on the SR5 trim.
The package brings suspension components from Australian company Old Man Emu, Michelin LTX Trail tires, extra underbody protection, and a locking rear differential.
Otherwise, the two full-size Toyotas carry over into the 2027 model year mostly unchanged, aside from the 14-inch touchscreen now becoming standard on every trim.
