Check out the exterior of the 2027 Nissan Z NISMO from every angle. The 2027 Nissan Z NISMO includes a host of changes, most notably the option of a manual transmission. But it also has some visual cues that this is NISMO 2.0.
The Z NISMO's new grille is less rectangular and evokes the original 1970 Datsun 240Z. The forged Rays wheels are a half-inch wider on the NISMO than the rollers found on the Z Performance trim. Red brake calipers dress up the new 15-inch front rotors borrowed from the GT-R.
Under the hood, the twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 makes 420 horsepower. Just in case you forget: It's the Z. The red-trimmed chin spoiler is unique to the NISMO. There are badges—though not too many—to remind you that this is the NISMO. All NISMOs get a black roof. Including the ones painted black diamond pearl.
If the grille's nostalgia references the 1970s, these taillights shoutout a more recent decade: the '90s. The two-piece brake rotors save 19 pounds and necessitated new steering and suspension tunes.
