The 2027 Maserati Grecale lineup has been updated with a new base model, featuring a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 engine that produces 385 horsepower. This new base trim slots in below the Modena V-6 but shares the same engine. Maserati has also revised the luxury SUV's design, both inside and out, and the electric Folgore version now offers more driving range than before.
The front fascia of all Grecale models has been revised, although the changes are not drastic, mirroring the updates seen on the GranTurismo and MC20. Inside, there's a new steering wheel and a different gearshifter, along with some trim differences. New wheel options, colors, and customization options round out the visual changes.
Among gas-powered trims, the lineup now consists of the base Grecale, the Modena, and the high-performance Trofeo. All have a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 engine, with the base and Modena producing 385 horsepower and the Trofeo packing 523 horsepower. The 550-horsepower electric Grecale Folgore claims improved driving range estimates of 274 miles with 20-inch wheels or 272 miles with 21-inch wheels, thanks to new tires and a different energy management algorithm. The 2026 model maxes out at an estimated 245 miles.
With the 2026 Grecale Modena starting at $86,495, we expect the new base model to be priced lower, possibly several thousand dollars less. We'll have to wait a bit longer for more U.S. details on the 2027 Grecale lineup, which should start hitting dealerships later this year.
